Crash to Desktop upon viewing multiple paintings

I crashed to desktop after creating multiple paintings, hanging them on the wall, then framing them, then viewing them. I had about 7 paintings up and the second one to be view while being queued up, it crashed me to desktop.

Lost about 6 hours of a saved game as well. This forum autosaves better than a $70 dollar game.
