crashing
help i just got sims 4 about a week ago (on steam) ever since we downloaded it it crashes 20-30 mins in losing all game play. how can i fix this. i did attach a dxdiag thing to post. any help would be great.

- @bananas9277 Seems to be an issue with the Nahimic software.
Try checking if there's an update, if not, turn it off while playing.
Usually the software causes immediate game crashes so there might be another factor though
There's also some errors for ntdll.dll for other software so you might wanna try a Windows system repair as well. How do i do all those things? Very new to a pc
- @bananas9277 Nahamic is a software that comes with your PC.
All you have to do is close it down. It should show in the tray of your windows bar and you can just right click on it and choose quit.
If you're not using it you can also just uninstall it.

Also: could you check if you have the following file:
documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\lastrash.txt
If you do, could you either open it with a text editor and copy/paste the content in this thread or create a rar file and upload that.
