I started having problems with the sims not appearing after the new update (from saved games and when creating a new game) so removed all my mods and cc to see if that was the issue but they still won't appear. I have repaired the game but not sure what else to do to try and fix it. Can anyone give me an idea of what to do other than completely uninstalling it and trying again.
@tamasinemc83 When you say your sims won't appear, what exactly do you mean? Are none of your sims in-game, are they there but invisible, are your saves disappearing, etc.?
I had sims from my save files both that I actively play and ones that I don't disappear from every world, ive attached a picture all these houses had families in them however they just disappeared. I created a new game and the same thing happened again
@tamasinemc83 How long does it take for the households to disappear? And when you created the new save, did you have any mods present at all, or were they removed for the entire duration of the test? Additionally, in the new save, did all the households disappear, or just a few, and are you sure they're gone? If you have Neighborhood Stories running, the households might have moved elsewhere.
