[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 doesn't start - No Error Message (Patch 1.68.154)

@crinrict No error messages. I use avast and it also has windows defender. Every time I open origin and hit play it’ll act like it’s going to play and then origin just pops back up and nothing happens.

@dadnwpg09 Try this for Avast: https://crinrict.com/blog/2020/10/add-exceptions-to-anti-virus-programs.html

You should only use one Antivirus program at the time or they can conflict. Turn off defender if you're using avast.

    @dadnwpg09 Have you posted your DxDiag yet (sorry, loosing track)

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post
