My ea folder is missing from my documents I can't find it anywhere, and I have tried to play the game multiple times but it won't even open. I press play and origin closes and then opens again 4 seconds later. I have reinstalled my game more times than I can count, I have repaired it, I even uninstalled origin, and nothing is working. WIndows defender is not blocking it and I turned off origin in-game for the sims 4. HELP!
Is it in the onedrive folder?
No, I searched for it and it is not even on my computer
@brookelynnmt I've merged your other posts into this thread too. Just to clarify, you don't get a Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts until the game is launched successfully for the first time. So if it's never worked, or that folder was deleted or moved and the game it hasn't worked since, you won't see the folder.
The issue itself is that the game won't load, not really that you don't see a Sims 4 folder in Documents. Once the game works, the folder problem will be resolved by definition.
