Hi I just got my Sims 4 game and I downloaded some custom content but it won't show up in the game. I put it into my Electronic Arts > Sims 4 >Mods and still nothing. I also went into the game and made sure that custom content was ticked. I only downloaded package files. Non of them needed to be unzip. Someone PLEASE HELP ME

Custom content doesn't work

Do you use Onedrive? If you do check to see if you have a Sims 4/Mods folder there. Windows 10 likes to use this.

When you start the Sims does it list the Mods/CC?
