I have troubles understanding your report.

All your pictures are from CAS and you're saying go to the gallery ?

CAS only shows the custom content the game finds in your mods folder and if you download something from the gallery, you won't get any custom content from there.

Are you saying you never downloaded these items that are showing up in your CAS ? And what does that have to do with the gallery ?

Sorry, just trying to understand.

I am saying if i go the gallery and get a sim from the gallery with custom content on and then i switch the custom content filter on i will see regular clothes in the filter aswell as custom content and yes all of those pictures are from the Cas

    Ah ok. Don't think the filter in the gallery is supposed to be custom content only. It says: Include custom content.

    It's never been different that this shows both Sims/houses with and without cc. The filter was put there so people that don't want to download anything with custom content, can turn those off.

        You do not get anything from the Gallery, which contains CC - only on the picture you can see the CC but downloaded  sim will not have them . You must download this CC separately from the links given in the sim description,
        In TS3 GW you could send a sim with CC and download these CC with him. In the TS4 Gallery it is impossible. Gallery will never save CC together with sim. But when you try to send such a sim with CC you will be "punished" by adding a key and this sim will be invisible in Gallery if you do not use the filter
