Custom Content not showing up in sims 4
My game is up to date and I tried other solutions offered by other forums. I even deleted the resources file.. Please help?

Okay, well the screenshot location seems fine..
No, file directory id just the folder location for your Mods folder, like in my picture above!
As you have the screenshots in your Documents the correct location for your mods should be C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
Can you please post a picture of the content in your mods folder?

Your Mods are on the desktop, not in your Electronic Arts folder 🙂
You need to move them to C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ModsI have y mods in there but they still don't work for me and I don't understand why.
