Custom Content will not show up with Sims4 on external drive

krystalsmiley10​  Please post a screenshot of the Command Prompt window showing the command you're trying to run and the result.

Please also run this command (listed above):

reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"

and post the result of that as well.
