customer service blows

Can anyone explain to me how the heck to contact any "adviser" for EA that is stateside? it is really hard to discuss a problem with someone whos english is broken. I have gone through there chat line and phone line with no luck. i get booted off chat constantly and then i have to redo it again to get a different advisor. When i was asking one about who i can contact the guy disconnected me. so rude.

 I am hating EA right now. I am sorry i ever wasted money on sims4 because its unusable. i have a game sitting on my computer who i cant play. it worked fine when i bought it and now its worthless.

I cant find a single way to talk to someone who can actually do anything about this. If one more chat advisor tells me to "right click and click 'repair' game......

EA needs to get a local help line where i can talk to the same damn person and someone who dosnt have language barriers. Ive been at this for 2 days, this is absurd.  When does the steam box come out? i am so over Orgins and EA.

    Unless it's an account issue, in that case I'd have to send you back to the support of EA.

    You could try maybe the support of United Kingdom, or the United States. Depending on which one you contacted last time. You can select the country on the left side of this page:

    Until now I've had amazing support from the US chat. So maybe that helps?
