Customers are not receiving their food

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have sim run a restaurant and have some customers come and order food.
What happens when the bug occurs? Customers will order food, and either only 1 sim out of the party will get the meal, or neither of them will get it. Also staff will not wear their uniforms, and when customers pay for food, instead of gaining profit, I lose profit.
What do you expect to see? Customers should receive their food, when customers pay I should receive a profit and staff should wear uniforms.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have 3 issues with running a restaurant.

Issue 1: My staff will not wear their unforms, they will change into their regular clothing. 

Issue 2: When customers pay for their meals, instead of gaining a profit, I get a negative profit.

Issue 3: Customers are complaining they do not have their food when in fact they do.Or part of the party will not receive their meal

Customers in front both have their meals, but red head is complaining he doesn't have it, and he won't eat it.
