Desktop game tile missing, how do I get it back?

The desktop game tile that you click on to launch the game is missing after I reinstalled the EA app, how do I make it return? Right now I have to open the EA app manually every time to launch the game and I'd like to be able to launch it by clicking the game tile. I can't seem to figure out how to restore it. :/

    @lovelyacorn 

    To restore the Desktop shortcut find TS4_X64.EXE (you may not be able to see the EXE extension) rightclick it and select Send To Desktop as shortcut. You can rename the shortcut you created to The Sims 4.
