Digital Deluxe Edition and Seasons Expansion Pack Bundle

I recently bought the Sims 4 Digital Deluxe and Seasons Expansion Pack Bundle on Steam but for some reason, I cant find the free packs that came with the Deluxe Edition, was it a bug or was it update...

@Eightwalotso Then I don't think the entitlements are correct on your account. Can't really help with that so you will need to contact support.

    @Eightwalotso What did they say ? That's the deluxe version, you should have the stuff.

    Only EA support can check your account to see if everything is correct there.
