DINE OUT ISSUES: Not being seated

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except: Vintage Glamour Stuff Kids Room Stuff Luxury Party Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any restaurant and request a table
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims have "Wait to be Seated ($50)" in their queue. Sims stand there or talk to other Sims; They are never seated. You can click on the table that you have requested, sit down at it, and order food but then food is never delivered since you weren't seated
What do you expect to see? The host should take the Sims to the table they requested. Sims should sit down and be able to order food and have that food served.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Dine Out used to work for me but now every time I go to a pre-made diner by Maxis, it won't allow me to eat there. I will click on the podium and request a table but my Sims never get seated. I can click on the table that was requested and sit there, but if I order food, the Sims never receive it since they were never seated. This has happened across multiple saves. I have tried removing CC and Mods but no change.
