Which language are you playing the game in?: English
How often does the bug occur: all the time
What is your current game version number: Version 1.107.112.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed: almost all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves: it's not really a bug, more of a visual issue. when i enter the game everything looks blurrier.
What happens when the bug occurs: /
What do you expect to see: /
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods: yes but i disabled them

there's a picture below, hopefully you can see the blurriness i'm talking about

    Same Issue with blurriness, the game looks blurry in Cas, build/buy mode and life mod
