Have you tried repairing the game?
If repairing doesn't work, and if you're seeing an error message, can you provide more details of what the error message says?

I tried repairing the game - didn't make any difference I still can't load any of my previous saves. I'm not getting any error messages the game just hangs when I try to load a previous save. New game works perfect though.
