Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a game in DX11 with a servo, and zoom out.
What happens when the bug occurs? When playing a game in DX11 with a servo and zoomed out a moderate distance, the servo's head will have a transparent stripe to the left of their head. This does not happen in DX9 mode.
What do you expect to see? No visual errors on servos like in DX9.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now, I've removed them.
There's a visual issue I've noticed with servos when playing in DX11 mode. When zoomed out a moderate amount, there's a colored transparent line that shows up to the left of the servo's head. This doesn't happen in DX9 mode, however.

Yep, I noticed this too in my vanilla game that has a servo in the household.- Jamieandmom11 months agoRising Rookie
Shadows pop in and out under Sims, this is even a problem in the Sims 2 and somehow still plagues the Sims 4. Yes I do have gshade, no it doesn't create this problem... and it doesn't make it any better/worse. Happens in both DX9 and DX11 modes, although I think it happens a bit less in DX9 for whatever reason.

Also, this bug of the framerate dropping simply by moving the cursor. This happens in a completely unmodded game as well. This has been an issue for years... another issue I am shocked no one else has reported as well is the lag when a sim enters a new room on a big lot with auto lights. It drops the framerate pretty heavily as well although not recorded. FPS in the lower left.
