Disappearing furniture

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Seasons Expansion Packs The free Christmas Stuff pack lol
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? uHH have some kind of solution iDk
What happens when the bug occurs? My poor furniture disappears that I worked a while on to put in when I leave the game, or travel somewhere and come back.
What do you expect to see? My furniture to stay unless I delete it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I haven't played the sims in like a month but I wanna play again. I went on, with all the new updates installed to have lots of my furniture in my house gone. I redecorated then went to the park and then came back to see my furniture has disappeared AGAIN. I tried over and over again but it kept disappearing every single time. I repaired my game many times, made sure there are no new updates, and stuff like that. I do have lots of mods and cc's but I overall took like an hour to see which one might be the problem but I stopped that after my game literally froze when I played it with a mod removal. I really want to start playing again but with these conditions. These are the mods I have along with about 1000 cc's lol.

    This is caused by some outdated mod or CC. A lot of mods and CC ceased to be compatible with the game after the latest patches. After each patch is the possibility that some mods or CC will start to spoil the game. This is especially true for script mods. You need to check if mods creators have new versions and look for those that do not work in the game. Unfortunately, this is the price of using mods and CC
    Move the mods folder to the desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix the game in Origin.
    Origin/Library -right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
    You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
    Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder. Check if a game is working now without mods. Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method

    If it does not work then we'll try another method later
