Hey, so I'm a complete idiot. I went and bought the Sims 4 in person with the disk and all only to remember when I got home that my laptop doesn't have a cd port. So is there a way to download the game without having to pay for it again?
@TheAwkwardGrace If you're buying a new sealed copy of the Sims 4 base game, it should come with a code inside. You can redeem that code in Origin and download your game just as you would with a digital purchase. However, a used copy can't be installed because the code will have already been registered to another account. In that case, Origin wouldn't proceed with the install.
