DisplayName Field Missing from Registry

I am having issues with EA Games letting me play. I open up EA on my computer and log in, then I go to Sims and click play. It acts like its going to do something then I get this window that pops up (see attached PNG) I have tried logging in again and I tried going to the website neither option made it possible to play. 

I then tried Uninstalling the EA games and then restarted my computer before reinstalling EA. I still get the same message. I am not sure what is wrong or if others are having the same problems. I just want to play the new game expansion and I cant play at all. Help Please
