Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

My packs are not showing as downloaded in my game. I had accidentally opened Sims through Steam, and that's when I noticed my packs were not downloaded. I uninstalled it from Steam so that I didn't accidentally do it again, but now in the EA app, they are still not downloaded. However, when I go to download the packs, the arrow to download is missing. I click on the DLC, and it has the blue play button, but when I click that, it's still not downloaded. I tried to manage add-ons and it says everything is downloaded (but no option to uninstall). I also never touched the pack loader feature. I uninstalled and reinstalled through the EA app, I repaired through the EA app, I restarted my computer, deleted Sims 4 folder (backed up on an external). I have sent in a ticket, but I am freaking out.
