Dogs constantly uncomfortable

Hi all I have tried everything to make my dog not be uncomfortable however it is constantly in this state no matter what I do. I tried making another dog again and havent had it be as uncomfortable. Just wondering if this is a glitch because I have no CC or Mods and have repaired my game numerous times.
