Re: Content file locked message at Start Up

I have been at this for over five hours now. I have restarted my laptop, cleared steam cache, uninstalled and reinstalled both (EA and Steam) downloads. Please help me. When I could still launch the Sims game, it would send me this notice, which is attached below, that my new dlc would be downloading however they never did. Before I logged out the game hours earlier, marketplace stated exactly that my new packs were ‘Not Installed’ and were ‘owned’ but I couldn’t download those bigger packs unlike the kits I have bought today which were easy peasy. I have also I have tried repairing my game on both platforms (EA/Steam) and turns out I cannot locate those on my applications. My EA still appears to be linked to my Steam since it does display the new content I purchased this morning and states it needs to be downloaded through Steam.  Any other ideas? 

EDIT; for anyone else running in the same issue, check your Steam and windows storage, lol. Once you make room, your DLC will do its job in result lol.
