He probably tried to do it that way first and got knocked into a screen that offers Double Deluxe like I did. (I already own that.) I was considering downloading it through the game as a workaround, but I guess that won't work, either.

I think I'll just save my 20 bucks and find a laptop mod instead.

This is a caching issue. Follow Crinricts advice or simply restart Origin.

As they marked it as solved, I'm guessing it resolved the issue though.

Did you try deleting cache ? For some it also worked to restart Origin and log out and log back in.

I had the same problem. I restarted my computer and went back in Origin just now and now it is downloading.

For me deleting the cache worked.

At first I could not download StrangeVille. I had bought it and could see the icon on the list in full color but I couldn't download it. Came here, deleted the cache as instructed and now I have StrangeVille downloaded on my computer.

Hope it will work for everyone else as well.

I had this problem. Restarted Origin and Strangerville started downloading automatically.
