Hello there, my problem is, that on july 1st I purchased two Sims 4 Add-Ons (Get Together and Fitness Stuff). Everything went good and I used it for about 10 days. From one day to another i couldn't...

    Live support will need to look over your account details with you as it sounds like these packs may have been removed from your account- this isn't something we can look into with you here on AHQ since we don't have access to your specific account details.
