Downloaded Cats and dogs, now everything is broken

Hi. So I was playing on my Sims 4 game today and decided that I should buy Pets Cats And Dogs expansion pack since there was a sale. Everything was working fine at the time. (Btw I have origin) 

may i also mention that before i downloaded cats and dogs, my sister (who also has cc and mods) logged into my game before i downloaded cats and dogs. 

So I downloaded Cats And dogs and i logged into my game. First thing i noticed was when i went to look at worlds to go and explore Bridleton bay, bridgetown bay was nowhere listed. It wasn’t even with the locked worlds. So then I went into CAS and tried to see if cats and dogs would work. I then noticed that it only showed the head and tail of the animal, the body wasn’t there. I exited out of the game and tried to enter back in and it would just exit out of the game every time i would try to launch it. It did this for a few times before I got back in. I went to “Worlds” to see if Bridleton Bay was there, but turns out that ALL of the locked worlds were gone. (I have Uni Expansion pack and Magic game pack btw). Then I went to Origin and all there was were dots. Just a line of dots. I don’t know if I can repair the game because Origin is completely broken. 

i just now noticed that when i launch the game and the mods that come up, i think they might be my sister’s mods and cc because she looked into my account on her laptop. Is that possible? 

Yes, I do have my own mods and CC but I don’t think it would be a problem since my game was working fine before i downloaded Cats and Dogs. Please help me!

    @autumn_413287  For the missing worlds, please try repairing your game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  If you can't repair, start by clearing Origin's cache, then restart your computer, and try to repair again.

    This may also help with at least some of the other issues, so please have a look around in-game, and let me know what is and isn't fixed.

    It's possible that some of your mods and cc items aren't compatible with the Cats & Dogs EP, or rather that they're broken or corrupt in a way that wouldn't be obvious unless you had animals in your game.  It's not likely that your sister's mods and cc would show up in your game though: that content is stored locally on your computer, not in Origin.  So the only way her content would be on your computer is if you and she had a filesharing service (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.) set up to sync her and your Documents folders.

    Still, if the repair doesn't fix everything and/or you're seeing mods and cc you don't want in your game, the fastest way to address it is to move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts (you can put it on your desktop).  When you launch the game, a clean folder will be created with no content.  (If you still have access to your saves and mods, which should be in the folder you moved, let me know, because this means the game is placing its user data folder in a different location.)  Don't add anything to this folder yet, even your old saves; just look around and see whether the glitches you described are still present.  Let me know either way.
