Downloaded sims onto a flash drive and now it's not working

@e0ef297wtck0   You have to understand how the designation of USB storage devices work. The first time you insert a USB storage device the Windows operating system assigns a random letter designation to that device so it can be located. If you eject the device or reboot the computer there is a chance that designation may be differen and now the launcher can not find the gamet. What you need to do is assign a persistent drive designation to that device so it has the same letter every time the system mounts that device. The best way i think to do this is to uninstall the game, assign a drive letter (anything past the letter G (far enough up the alphabet to not interfere with anything else) and reinstall the game. At this point the launcher should consistently find the game even after you eject or reboot the computer. I not sure exactly how this works but a guess is that an visible file is created on the USB device that Windows uses to assign a designation to that device. I might be wrong but care should be take when you delete files in the future.   hth
