EA app bought packs no longer work once pack downloaded from steam?

I have bought all my packs on the EA app but my friend gifted me one on steam. Upon downloading it, I'm now unable to play with any of my other packs and it only loads in the one pack from steam (for rent). It gives me the prompt that a restart is required and that i need to download the other packs i have owned in order to play with all of my packs, but I'm unable to find out how to do so as in the EA app it says they're installed and a restart hasn't done anything. I have tried launching both from steam and from the EA app.

I just wanted to be able to play with all my packs, as well as the one my friend gifted me through steam. Please let me know what I can do.
