EA app needs uninstall - will I lose saved games (Sims4)

My EA app won't launch so I went to the base EA directory and did app recovery. Now it won't open even harder.

I want to uninstall it and reinstall - will I lose any game data? Will I lose DLC and have to update/install all that again? I have 74 DLC for Sims 4 and don't think I can wait 3 days for everything to install again.

@The_Mercuria Your game data, by default, is in a separate directory than the app or game program files. Reinstalling the EA app or the Game should not affect your saves.

On a PC the game data is typically stored in the "Documents" folder
