EA App not downloading on steamdeck.

Hi, ive tried everything to get this app to download. Ive tried downloading the installer from the ea website. Ive tried downloading it through Lutris. Nothing works. On either platform - the main problem seems to be it downloading. On Lutris it said that some files are missing and on steam it just brings up a little menu, it says lets go or customise. I cant press customiuse so when i press lets go it brings up a new pop up and its just a red triangle with a ! in the middle. It doesnt do anything else. Ive done the whole 'proton compliance' thingy that they say to do but unfortunatly ive found myself on this website so it didnt exactly work. Looking for any help!

Im just trying to download my sims 4 dlc from origin to the deck :/
