EA app not showing my Sims 4 game

If you're not seeing The Sims 4 available in your game library, it sounds like you may have registered those game codes to a different EA account than the one you're currently logging in with. You'd need to locate the login details for the account that these codes were originally redeemed under and login to the EA app under that account instead, and you'll see The Sims 4 and your expansions available to access and play again.

You can contact live support by submitting a help request on the site here and providing the team with your game code for The Sims 4 so they can help locate which account your games are currently registered to.
