EA app will not launch my sims 4
I am having issues getting my sims 4 game to launch, when i click to launch the game on my EA app, it will not load it just returns me back to the EA app. i have reapired the gam multiple times. i have force closed the game multiple time, when doing that i force close the EA app background services, i have logged out and force closed it and the game will just not load. ive removed all MODS as i thought that was the issue. I have had nothing but trouble since downloading the For Rent. When downloading that pack, all it would say is ERROR. now i can not play my game at all.
@misskcoton1 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If the game still won't open, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
