@littelivviez Your dxdiag shows a few serious crashes of the graphics driver, or one of them. So please update the Nvidia driver. You can get the newest version here:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install. Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.

I FIGURED IT OUT.
EA App did not like that I was signing in with my phone number rather than my email address.
This restricted my access until I signed in with my email and provided secondary authentication.
