EA App won't install 4/26 update, can't launch game

    This method worked for me: Go up to top left hand corner, click go offline, then click go online and it fixed for me.

Mines won’t go pass 6%… and I tried the other method but it’s not working

    @taelas30 @Genuia and anyone else for whom going offline and back online doesn't help, please try clearing the EA App's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

    If that doesn't make a difference, please force the EA App to look for updates.  Go into its program files, likely here:

    C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop

    and run the EAUpdater.exe, then restart your computer before trying to run the update again.

      this fix worked for me but then it reverted back to not working when i tried to play the next day. Is this something that is happening to others?

      @puzzlezaddict Thank you. I went to the EA App and the help.ea.com address helped me fix the problem. I'm in my game now.
