EA Background Services Taking Up 99% of Memory, Unable to Update Game

@itsbesummer  The EABackgroundService is barely taking up any memory itself, so something else is actually eating RAM and hammering the disk.  Please sort the Task Manager's list by RAM use (most to least usage), then by Disk, and post screenshots of the first few entries for each.

Your dxdiag lists a couple of BlueScreens related to the graphics driver, or one of them.  Have you noticed these, and if so, in what contexts do they happen?
