EA Please help SIMS 4

I love my sims 4 i have not been able to play my game since the other day i logged on to play my game and a orange box up in the corner said that i cant play my current saved game unless i upgrade to the newer version of the sims 4 i didnt know that there was a new version of the sims 4

Please EA can this be corrected i want to continue with my sims family

    @Gerikiayah Hi,

    You should be able to initiate that update process yourself. Just start up the Origin client, log in with your credentials and right click on the Sims 4 game tile and choose "Check for updates".

    Let me know how you get on with your saves afterwards.

    Good afternoon. My game gives me the same error message, I searched for updates using the right mouse button, it says my game is up to date and still gives me the same problem, I can not load my game.
