But it doesn't change to saying, it's a holiday ? There is a bug with this but yours sounds a bit different as you said it's also happening in a new save game with a new Sim.

@crinrict no I dont use any of the cc/mods, the only setting I changed is my sim aging up, and when it's a holiday it does say holiday. But it's on ever day, sometimes I zoom out and click travel and it resets and she goes to work, but not everytime.

could you try delete the localthumbcache file found in documents\electronicarts\thesims4 and also repair the game by right-clicking on it in Origin and hitting repair game ?
