I have nothing its like a brand new game all of the expansions and stuff packs redownloaded but when I started the game , it started like the very first time and had me make a new sim before I could go to my neighborhoods. I don't know just really disappointed now because I lost all my sims and progress.
I figured that if I uploaded my stuff they wouldn't be effected but now I see I probably was wrong .
Sounds like your user folder got reset.
Do you still have any save games in this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims\sims4\saves or any in the folder tray ?
If not, try searching your hard drive for TRAY to see if there's another tray folder somewhere.
