Empty households...Asking again...(Sims 4)

So this is my game. I've had this for a long time but i feel like its one of the things that is making my game slow. I have 556 sims and I have it set to unlimited. These households are empty a...

    I don't think there's an easy way to fix this. You will probably need to delete all the gazillion households. I don't think they're re-creating though. You just have so many that it feels that way.

    One way to make it faster I found is to switch to Windowed mode and make the window smaller. Scrolling feels a lot faster that way. Also use the red x in the upper right corner of each household to delete.
