enable online access not working

So I have Enabled the online access, repaired the game, I have an 18+ account on origin, I own the Sims 4 legally, I do not own the legacy version yet it will not let me access the gallery online. Can someone please help?

@kTheScarletWitch Are you getting an error when trying to enable or what happens?
