Enabled CC and Script Mods but none of my CC is showing up in game

I got a new laptop and transferred all of my old cc to my mods folder. My game on my old laptop was up to date and I played with all my cc there just yesterday, but it won't show up in game on my new...

If they do not show in a little window when you start it is likely because you have not placed them in the mods folder that the game uses. Here is an easy way to find out which folder your game is using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

I checked and double-checked that they were in the correct folder, but they still don't show up.
