My sim was sitting at the bar ordered a drink, then tried to order chips and every one at the bar just stopped. This included 5 other NPCs (bartender included). I used the ResetSim command, this removed everyone from the bar but then all the effected sims would just stand there idly. I was able to save as the game file, and on trying to exit had to manually kill the Sim 4 task in the task manager because it was not responding but would not even give me the not responding failure message. When I restarted the game my sims and 3 of the NPCs were still stuck in idle.
Also any attempted interaction with the bar will not queue, but other interactions will (they just don't execute)
It's happened to me 3 times in the past 3 days. I tried canceling all actions, attempting to travel (which usually goes to loading screen immediately), and even evicting and moving them back into their home. Nothing works so far except loading the previous save, which is hours behind.
Really frustrating bug...
Also, if I exit the game while it's bugged and try to load that same save, it will never load. I need to manually cancel Sims4 from the Task Manager and start the game up again, with a different save. I'm really glad I had a different save or I'd have lost everything I'd played so far.
