They were doing what i wanted earlier now they won't respond to commands and then when i try to close the game, it won't respond what the heck?
Did you try to reset the Sims with resetsim <firstname> <lastname> ?

I am experiencing the same problem and nothing seems to be helpful. I tried the resetsim command, restarting computer, even reinstaling the game and repairing it by Origin and it's just no use. The game at first seems to work fine after loading up the save, but there is no way to 'force' my sim to move. Also after loading the game there is no other way to exiting it but killing its process in WTM.
Loosing that particular game would be very frustrating, since I don't have any other 'backup' saves and would lose about 20 hours of progress :/
Is there any chance for some solution?- 11 years agoI had the same problem, reset Sim doesn't work. I went into the other neighbourhood (don't know which you're playing in so obviously whichever one you're not.) I sent a sim from this neighbourhood to visit my frozen sim and chatted to them, went back home, saved the game to main menu and then opened the original game. Sims were no longer frozen, not sure what to do if both neighbourhoods freeze though.

Thanks again! Cheers!
