EP and stuff packs cannot find sim 4 origin playstation 4
my sims 4 expansion packs and stuff packs cannot find my base game in my playstation 4. my base game is from CD. it says cannot find application. i already updated base game still no luck

From what it sounds like the cannot find the application error means you may need to repurchase the game or DLC using your Playstation account.
Or to make sure the game and the DLC are all from the same region.
You cannot have a base game from USA, and DLC from another country, like Germany. The game and DLC wouldn't be compatible in that instance.

how will i know if the base game is from another region? it is CD?
You can check the packaging for what region it's for, search for Sims 4 ps4 box art US version or whatever version your country offers or search the store you purchased the disc from.
