Error code 102:d90112a5:2c4515aa, Family will not load

I have all packs except Batuu, no mods or CC. Have installed all recent updates.

Was playing a family and had a toddler Plan Outfits in a closet. I was able to change the toddler's outfit, clicked to go back to playing the family and immediately was sent to the home screen with the error above "It is recommended that you relaunch game." 

Relaunched and could not play family. I am able to load other families and lots. I moved the error family to another lot that would load before, and it would not load -the issue seems to be with the family, itself.

I "fixed" the game in Origin and restarted my machine and still get the same error.
