@sclina could you try starting origin as administrator and then start sims 4 from there ?

What language are you playing the game in ?

@crinrict  I tried doing that and it's still just giving me the error message. I'm playing the game in German, but I already tried changing the language to English and Spanish but also no success.

    @sclina When you tried renaming, did the game generate a new folder at all ?

      @crinrict  Yes, it did but never actually started up the game, it's always just a blackscreen with my cursor loading and then it crashes and gives me the error.

        @sclina Do you have the Steam or Origin version ?

        Have you tested a new windows user if it works there (admin). Just create a lokal account so you don't need another email.
