@sclina Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

@crinrictHere is my DxDiag file, sadly I couldn't get errors including Sims 4 to show up.

    @sclina guys i dont belivet i just fix all the error first i download all the vasual ++ all version and also Net.framework last version if you have vasual aready make sure you Repair all of them it most be cuz of Your System 32 or wow64 im pretty sure this error cuz of Dll just work on your dll and vasual i dont remember what did i do i did alot of thing last thing i did was Dll fixing and there is AI all run time in once donwnload this also

    @2276165  Thank you! Repairing my Visual C++ files 2012-2019 fixed it and my game is running again!

    @sclina and none of you got any dll errors ever ? Just the initialization error ? There were def none in your DxDiag.

    Glad it's fixing the issue though

    @ronald_bro404 try repairing the vc++ redistributables 2015-2019 or download them from MS site.

    nope, again the same issue.

    i installed the vc++ redistributables 2015-2019 but same error appears.

    i get frustrated now ☹️

    @crinrict EA has now escalated the case to their game team. and recognised that there are a lot of these issues at the moment. as soon as i get a reply from them, i will come back here. fingers crossed

    @ronald_bro404 try install link i send that would also help repair your vasual and also download all version 2008 until 2019

    I am having absolutely the same problem, spent all day yesterday, trying to resolve an issue, no success. Used support chat, tried everything. I hope EA will step in to fix.

    @passernomen Did you try the workaround suggestion ? Try fixing the VC++ redistributables or use the allinone ?

    @crinrict its not issue for EA i know game have bug but its not EA problem i fix it with Vasual Repair and All in One Runtime

    @crinrict Don't know exactly what, however I can play now and have all my expansion pack and stuff available. Extremely happy 😊
