Hi!

I just bought The Sims 4 on Steam (on PC) but when I downloaded the game and tried running it I got this error code: 135dec40:3fbbecd0:00000064:00000000. I have tried almost everything from Google,nothing seems to work. I tried to reinstall Origin,Sims 4, and even Steam!

I am really disspointed because I don't think is a computer issue, because I just bought it.

If there is any way to fix this problem, I would like to know.
