installed orgin today and sims 4 to a brand new laptop with Norton 360

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
System Model VivoBook_ASUSLaptop X509BA_M509BA
Processor AMD A9-9425 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G, 3100 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 20.0 GB

initialzation error [135dec40:3fbbecd0:00000064:00000000] every time i start up sims 4

any help would be useful
