How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? sims 4 error code 135dec40:3fbbecd0 game won't open
What happens when the bug occurs? GAME is not running
What do you expect to see? my game start running?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@winniesweet Hi! I had the same problem. I solved it this way:
I removed sims 4 documents folder:
"%userprofile%\documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4"
Now it works fine!
